1 · Who processes your data

2 · What we collect
Through the quote form:
- the services, programme type, languages and format requested;
- a link to a script or a clip, if you provide one;
- your first name, last name, email, phone number and company;
- how you heard about us, if you tell us.
And in every case: server logs (IP address, date, page requested), kept for security.
3 · Why
This information is used to put together a costed proposal, to get back to you, and to keep the site secure. No data is used for advertising purposes.
4 · How your request reaches us
The form first tries to send your request directly through our email service. If that fails, your own email client opens instead with the request pre-filled: in that case, your information goes straight to dubbing@djomionsolutions.com from your own mail client, without passing through our server.
5 · How long
Quote requests are kept for the length of the business relationship, then up to three years after the last exchange if no project is confirmed. An accepted project follows the legally required accounting retention period.
6 · Hosting
The site runs on a dedicated server operated by Contabo GmbH.
7 · Axeho Studio, our software
If your project goes through Axeho Studio (axeho.studio), how your files and text are handled is covered by its own privacy policy, separate from this one.
8 · Trackers
This site does not set any advertising tracker and does not measure audience. Your light or dark theme preference is stored only in your browser — it is never sent to us.
9 · Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability: write to dubbing@djomionsolutions.com. We reply within thirty days.
