2 · Purpose of the site
The site presents the studio's dubbing services (actor-led or AI-supervised), voice-over, adaptation and subtitling, and lets you request a quote. This is not an online store: no service is committed to by simply visiting the site or submitting a form. A project starts once you accept a costed proposal in writing.
3 · The quote form
The quote form is used to describe a project (services, programme type, languages, format, deadlines) and to be contacted back. Information submitted does not constitute a contract or a commitment on our part. It is processed under our privacy policy.
4 · Axeho Studio, our software
Axeho Studio, the software referenced on this site (axeho.studio) is a separate product, with its own terms and its own privacy policy. Its use, by our teams or by a client who installs it, is not covered by these terms.
5 · Intellectual property
The text, visual identity and technical elements of the site belong to DJOMION SOLUTIONS. Posters, clips and partner logos shown as references belong to their respective rights holders and are used to illustrate our work. Reproducing the site without authorisation is prohibited.
6 · Availability and liability
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and its information accurate, without guaranteeing continuous availability. Timelines mentioned in commercial exchanges are indicative until a quote is confirmed in writing.
7 · Governing law
These terms are governed by Ivorian law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Abidjan, subject to any mandatory provision applicable to the client.
